Coaching for The Rationally Curios

What I Do

Productivity Meets Parapsychology (Kinda)

I help curious, thoughtful people create more clarity, structure, and momentum in their personal and professional lives. Think: less overwhelm, more impact.

My coaching is grounded in proven productivity systems and behavioral science – but I’m not afraid to explore the odd stuff, too. Mindset shifts. Symbolic rituals. Odd little habits that somehow work. If it helps you move forward, it’s on the table.

Who I Work With

  • You’re probably someone who…
  • Thinks deeply (sometimes too much)
  • Has a dozen ideas and trouble choosing one
  • Believes in reality, but still owns tarot cards
  • Reads productivity blogs and never finishes the systems
  • Wants clarity, accountability, and less noise

I coach thoughtful overthinkers, skeptical creatives, neurodivergent professionals, and people juggling big work with messy lives.

How It Works

Let’s Get Tactical

This is not a motivational pep talk. Coaching with me is structured, collaborative, and tailored to your actual day-to-day reality.

We clarify what matters. We troubleshoot what’s not working. We build better habits, mindsets, and systems—one practical step at a time.

Session Format: Online, 60-min sessions, weekly or biweekly
Languages: English / Finnish
Cost: You’ll know the pricing upfront. No mystery fees.

What Clients Say

More clarity. More progress. Less mental noise.

Elsa

Small shifts, big impact.
“Mike challenged me (nicely) and supported me consistently. The mindset and workflow changes we worked on are still with me months later.”

Rane

Things just…calmed down.
“Family life, career, personal goals—everything felt tangled. Three months of coaching brought back a sense of space and sanity.”

About Mike

Not Your Average Coach

Hi, I’m Mike Moisio – former software engineer, psychology nerd, and lifelong experimenter. I’ve studied human behavior, built careers in tech and media, organized festivals, and fought (literally) in the ring. Now, I coach.

I hold a Master of Science and have studied psychology at the University of Turku. I’m also a student of London-based life coach Tomas Svitorka, and a reader of 200+ non-fiction books (most with lots of notes in the margins).

Coaching isn’t just a job. It’s a way I contribute to making the world a bit clearer, calmer, and more meaningful – one person at a time.
